Top marks to all at Blueway for all their work in managing to accrue over £300 in compensation from Ryanair for a delayed flight from Barcelona to Glasgow in 2015. The initial form was so easy to understand and simple to fill in, and within less than three weeks of e mailing it back to them, I had received the cheque from Ryanair. Couldn’t have asked for a quicker response ! Well done Blueway !
