I am delighted with the efficient service Blueway provided.
They worked away in the background til the end result and that was even better than expected.
Our 5 hour plus delay with Thomas Cook Airline at Glasgow Airport was a nightmare – it was our five year old’s first holiday and the beginning of our holiday was ruined.
Blueway dealt with our case expertly from beginning to end. I only had to provide the date and the flight number and Blueway did the rest.
Thankyou very much Blueway. I would definitely recommend Blueway to anyone who has had a flight delay in which they felt they were treated unfairly.
