I’m writing to confirm I received my compensation cheque today for my flight delay by Thomson First Choice airways. I initially contacted the airline after being delayed 29 hours in Egypt, to be told beyond our control, basically tough get over it. I then got in touch with yourselves via the compensation site. I have been very impressed with your work sorting out my claim and was very pleased with the outcome of receiving a cheque for over £700. Many thanks again and I’ve posted your page on the Club Magic Life site on Facebook for others to follow. Hopefully the travel companies will now learn that delays are costly to them and they cant just fob us off any more.
