Thank you for responding to my email. I am delighted with the settlement, and realise that without your help this would not have been possible. I certainly will pass on your details to all my friends and family. Thank you once again for your help. ….excellent service from BLUEWAY, who reached a settlement with the airline with no hidden costs. I would never have known to make a claim such as this, but will certainly be passing them on to all my friends and family.
