I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff of Blueway for their efforts in getting the compensation we clearly deserved.

When I first looked into getting compensation I had read that to proceed with any claim I would need to have all documents, boarding passes etc, but after advice from Blueway, I was pleased to discover this was not the case.

As I work for the NHS I saw your company, and I made an initial call to give flight numbers dates etc and to explain what had happened and to say I had disposed of my documents.
Now about 12 months later to my surprise I am receiving a payment.

I would not hesitate in recommending Blueway to family and friends who may have a similar claim.
