Never in my wildest dreams did I expect you to win me any money as I was sure the airlines would make some sort of excuse for our delay when flying back from Singapore to Manchester. However, I thought I had nothing to lose since you do not charge any up front costs and only take a small percentage of any money you manage to claim back. Low and behold I have now just received compensation of nearly £540 thanks to you. I don’t know what systems and processes you use but they definitely worked for me. Thanks once again Blueway for all your help and please feel free to quote me as any sort of reference for your excellent company.
