Although it took around 5 months to get my compensation this was mainly due to the the airline being difficult. I’m glad I did not have to do the chasing myself and that Blueway were persistent in their approach. Communication was okay at times and was mostly through email which suits me. I would recommend the service to anyone who hasn’t got the time to do all the leg work involved and does not mind the commission fee.
