I approached Blueway following a serious delay my wife and I experienced whilst taking a holiday to India. I had already contacted the tour operator who were also the airline operator with little result. The delay lasted over 24 hours and as a resulted wasted a corresponding amount of time on what we were hoping would be the trip of a lifetime.
Throughout the process Blueway kept me informed of the progress of the claim, the European court cases that would affect the likely outcome of the claim and completed all the necessary negotiations with the airline on my behalf.
I was delighted to receive the compensation that was secured and would have no hesitation in recommending the Blueway team to any other traveller who has suffered as we did.
