Having tried to obtain compensation direct from the airline and failing, I wasn’t sure what to do. I knew I couldn’t take on an airline on my own. So I could either stop or see if I could find a company that could assist? From the very beginning was fantastic. I couldn’t believe how little I had to do. I thought I would be faced with loads of legal paperwork, how wrong I was. Just a few emails and this resulted in my family, receiving full compensation!! Stephen and his team have been fantastic and I didn’t have to do anything apart from bank the funds received!!
