Dear Blueway Team

Thank you for dealing so efficiently and with the somewhat delayed flight we had from Havana to Birmingham via Paris CD Airport. We were informed by Air France that we were not eligible for a claim, or even food vouchers even though we had to wait for 6 hours at Paris CD Airport for our connecting flight to Birmingham. Once home we decided to take another look at what we could do, filled in a claim on what we thought was Air France web site but luckily for us it was Blueway. The team were confident they would get a result and we have just received a cheque as our portion of the claims settlement. Well done Blueway team you fee was well earned.
