Following recent press publicity I was somewhat sceptical that claims could actually be made against airlines for late departures. However I thought I would give it a go! I didn’t have any flight information apart from the date of travel and Blueway ( were able to locate my travel details and within 48hrs agreed to take my claim forward. 7 weeks on I am delighted to say that my claim had been resolved and that compensation has been paid out !! Thank you Blueway for the first class service ! I have also recommended you to my family and friends !!
